Can I book a one-night stay?
We are unable to accommodate single night stays due to our limited laundry and cleaning capacity. But trust us- you'll want to stay more than one night.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Lupine Village at Grand Lake is short-term only, with a maximum stay of 14 nights.
We are a family of 5. Could you make an exception to your 4-person limit?
Sorry, but we are no longer making exceptions to our 4 person limit per cabin, regardless of guest age. We've learned that there simply isn't room for 5 people and their stuff, which has led to blocked walkways, spills, and accidental damage. We want every guest to have a safe and comfortable stay, and for this reason we must limit each cabin to 4 guests maximum. The last thing we want to do is cancel a reservation after someone arrives, so we ask that you please respect this policy.

Are you open year-round?
Yes! Lupine Village is open year-round.
Do you offer a Military/Student/Senior/AAA/group/ discount?
Lupine Village does not offer any discounts to first-time guests. Guests who leave their cabins in exceptional condition may receive special offers for return stays.
How are the cabins heated?
Yes, The cabins are well insulated and have electric heat. We also include an extra space heater in each cabin in case of an extra cold night.
Do the cabins have air conditioning?
No, air conditioning is rare in Grand Lake, as temperatures are typically 15-20 degrees cooler than Denver and the front range. Even on the warmest days (80's), the nights are cool (50's) with low humidity.
What are your COVID-19 Protocols and Policies?
Lupine Village is committed to providing the cleanest, safest environment possible for your rocky mountain getaway, with spotless cabins, contactless check-in, 2 HEPA air purifiers in every cabin, disinfectant wipes, soap & hand sanitizer all provided. All employees of Lupine Village are vaccinated for COVID-19. If someone in your party is sick with COVID or another contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your visit. We will provide full credit toward a future stay.
